Ceremony for Planting Saplings Held at Lorestan University's Faculty of Natural Resources with Student Participation

On the occasion of Arbor Day and the beginning of Natural Resources Week, a tree planting ceremony was held in the courtyard of the Faculty of Natural Resources at Lorestan University, with the participation of a group of students from Khorramabad city.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, this ceremony was held with the presence of Dr. Ali Haghighizadeh, Head of the Faculty of Natural Resources at Lorestan University, Dr. Mehdi Soleimani-Motlagh, Head of Green Management at Lorestan University, and Dr. Morteza Ghobadi, faculty member of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering and Fisheries of Lorestan Province.

Dr. Ghobadi and Dr. Soleimani-Motlagh presented educational content about the importance of natural resources and environmental protection to the students.

This ceremony was held in collaboration with the Environmental House of Lorestan University, the Student Scientific Association of Environment of Lorestan University, the Environmental Cultural Center of Lorestan University, and the Green Management of this university.

Every year, March 5th, is Arbor Day and the beginning of Natural Resources Week.
